Beau Breck is an Associate at LCP Development. His primary responsibilities include acquisition and development underwriting, financial modeling, market research, as well as development management and asset management activities. Since joining the firm in fall 2014, Beau has participated in the development of four projects totaling $70 million in total capitalization. Additionally, Beau has underwritten future LCP Development projects, with an estimated total capitalization of $30-$50 million.
Previously, Beau was an Associate with Concord Partners, a Colorado-based land developer specializing in acquisition and entitlement of single-family subdivision communities. While at Concord Partners, Beau participated in the underwriting and entitlement of 100-acre property in Parker, Colorado. Prior to Concord Partners, Beau held numerous positions at Allonhill, a due diligence and credit risk management service provider to secondary mortgage market investors. Beau’s responsibilities at Allonhill included client management and project scope development, where he was responsible for overseeing mortgage due diligence platforms for institutional investors and investment banks. Beau began his career in real estate as an analyst at a private-real estate lender, underwriting $1-$15 million loans nationwide, secured by office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and single-family residential properties.
Beau is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serving on the Developing Leaders Committee as the Programs Chair. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Beau has lived in Colorado since 2003. He currently resides in Denver with his wife, an elementary school teacher with Denver Public Schools. Education: University of Denver, MBA; University of Colorado at Boulder, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
